Description:

The building ” Gare Viger Sud Phase 1 ” is part of a large mixed-use complex around the former Viger Station. It consists of an eighteen (18) storey tower and twelve (12) storey west wing housing residential rental units, office spaces, and a hotel.

The facades of the tower and the upper block of the west wing are made of concrete panels from the company “Béton préfabriqué du Lac” (BPDL), a long-time partner of Groupe Lessard. We have developed a comprehensive prefabrication concept with BPDL, integrating our windows directly into the concrete panels at BPDL factory. This concept speeds up the completion of the building envelope, enhances quality control in optimal factory conditions, and reduces installation costs.
