Description:

Symphonia POP was built on the shore of the St. Lawrence River, on Nuns’ Island in the Borough of Verdun. To the North of the site, the building faces Montreal and the downtown area, which form an urban landscape. To the Southwest, it faces the river and the Montérégie, which form a second large and natural landscape.

The 32-storey tower has 240 residential units with ceiling heights ranging from nine to eleven feet. All spaces have spectacular glass wall and are positioned to maximize views of the landscape and allow natural light in. Common areas include an indoor pool, spa and sauna. Designed by Provencher-Roy Architects, Symphonia POP’s architecture is unique, particularly because of the stacked cubes on its North façade.
