Description:
Ilot Balmoral is made up of two 13-storey towers, connected by a large atrium that creates an oblique fault. The atrium separates the towers and is highlighted by a large bright red line that contrasts with the whitish grey color of the rest of the glass façade. The color refers to the red used in the Quartier des Spectacles to identify cultural institutions. The fault line allows natural light to penetrate into the heart of the building and allows the two volumes to express surprising angles.
