Description:

The ETS Pavillon D is a new showcase of student activity in the heart of the Quartier de l’Innovation. The use of “ultra-clear” glass panels in the facades emphasizes a seamless relationship between the interior and exterior, opening onto the park. On the south side, sealed units are coated with a digital print on face 2, harmonizing with the design of the neighboring Maison des étudiants. In the case of the spandrel panels, an opaque fritted ceramic coating on face 4 is added to the digital print to create a depth effect on the glass while mitigating the opacity difference between transparent and blind sections. Technical aspects serving great art!
